When I decided to look into moving to the Island a friend over here recommended the Dumbrells, and Wayne and Sharon worked hard to find the right place for me. I ended up buying a house through them, their service was better than any previous experience with realtors. I actually bought the house sight unseen while I was away on holiday, all done by phone and email. To see the inside, they went through the house with me on the phone, describing it in detail, with their comments and advice and i wrote the offer. It was a hot market and otherwise I might have missed it, and I was more than happy with the result.
Five years later it was time to move on and I contacted them again, to sell my house and find me the next one, and worked with Denise. She returns calls promptly, keeps up with the market, and was infinitely patient with showings. It was another hot market, she sold my house in a week, and helped find the one I have now. I recommend her to everyone I know who needs a good realtor.
