When we moved to the area in 2012 we were fresh from the Fraser Valley and had no idea where we wanted to settle. Denise was patient, knowledgeable and knew just what to show us!! We had a few ideas of our own but she also found us some great properties to look at. We eventually settled on Nanoose Bay in the Wall Beach/Madrona Point area. What an amazing choice we made!!!! The deal was done, quick, easy and seemed like over in minutes. The sale was fast and the close was as well as we had our little one to get settled for School. A 5 week turnover and we were in our new home!!!! Denise was also able to assist us with our mortgage, so a great one stop shop all around!!!! Not only was Denise our realtor but also became a friend!!! I knew absolutely no one here and she was a great first person to meet!!! Thank you so much Denise!!!! Where has the past 6 years gone???
