Wayne is called upon as a consultant, speaker, and Real Estate trainer. He has  more than 42 years of background in subdivision development, assembly & marketing, home building, hotel, shopping centres, multi-family development, Mobile/RV Parks and manufactured housing to name a few. As a former owner of one of the larger multi-office Vancouver Island Real Estate sales organizations, he has handled every aspect of Real Estate. Wayne is a designated International Realtor of the National Association of Realtors International Section, a Certified member of the Exclusive Canadian Commercial and Investment Council of the Canadian Real Estate Association. He has received numerous designations in the top producer category and  has continually achieved numerous designations in the top Real Estate Networks including being named an International Franchise "Top Selling Realtor in Canada". Especially proud of attaining the Coldwell Banker International Presidents Circle, Diamond Society, and other designations. Wayne is a Member of AAREA (Asian America Real Estate Association). He now works with his Daughter and 15 year Realtor and 12 year Mortgage Broker Denise Dumbrell.
